He has been actively involved in the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) for more than 17 years, having had the honor of serving as Chapter President, State President, Steering Committee and Chair for the Coalition of Professional Surveyors (COPS), Chair of Coalition and National Political Action Committee member for California, and now State Vice Chair.

Ralph was unanimously selected by his colleagues into the ACEC College of Fellows in 2021.
